RESOLUTION NO. 2018-847
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2018 PUBLIC WORKS - OLD
CMC BUILDING, ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution 2018-846, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., for the
2018 Public Works - Old CMC Building, Roof Replacement Project, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after a public hearing as prescribed by
statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of November 2018.
