RESOLUTION NO. 2018-850
RESOLUTION APPROVING USE OF DEPARTMENT FORFEITURE
FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,721.96, TO PURCHASE ONE DJI
INSPIRE 1 UAV KIT, SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR CRIMINAL
AND FIRE INVESTIGATIONS, INCLUDING AERIAL SEARCHES
FOR LOST AND MISSING PERSONS, FOR USE BY THE POLICE
DEPARTMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
use of department forfeiture funds in the amount of $5,721.96, to purchase one DJI Inspire 1
UAV kit, specifically designed for criminal and fire investigations, including aerial searches for
lost and missing persons, for use by the Police Department, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19t` day of November 2018.
