RESOLUTION NO. 2018-852
RESOLUTION APPROVING A GRANT AGREEMENT WITH
THE IOWA DOT'S OFFICE OF AVIATION FOR FY-2019,
PROJECT NO. 9-I-190-ALO-135 AND CONTRACT NO. 20790,
FOR AIR SERVICE MARKETING OF THE WATERLOO
REGIONAL AIRPORT AND AMERICAN AIRLINES, AND
DIRECT THE MAYOR AND AIRPORT DIRECTOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Grant Agreement with the Iowa DOT's Office of Aviation for FY-2019, Project No. 9-I-
190-ALO-135 and Contract No. 20790, for Air Service Marketing of the Waterloo Regional
Airport and American Airlines, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and Airport Director are
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of November 2018.
