RESOLUTION NO. 2018-854
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
PERFORMED BY LODGE CONSTRUCTION, INC. OF
CLARKSVILLE, IOWA, AT A TOTAL COST OF $95,532.23,
FOR THE FY 2018 SINK CREEK CHANNEL CLEANOUT
AND SHAPING, CONTRACT NO. 924, AND RECEIVE AND
FILE TWO-YEAR MAINTENANCE BOND.
WHEREAS, Lodge Construction, Inc. of Clarksville, Iowa, performed work in
conjunction with the FY 2018 Sink Creek Channel Cleanout and Shaping, Contract No. 924, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Lodge Construction, Inc. has completed the aforementioned project in
accordance with the project plans and specifications at a total cost of$95,532.23.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance
for work performed by Lodge Construction, Inc., at a total cost of $95,532.23, in conjunction
with the FY 2018 Sink Creek Channel Cleanout and Shaping, Contract No. 924, are hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of November 2018.
