RESOLUTION NO. 2018-863
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH THOMAS R. ZAHN & ASSOCIATES,
LLC OF ST. PAUL, MINNESOTA FOR HISTORICAL
SERVICES, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PREVIOUSLY
AWARDED AFRICAN-AMERICAN CIVIL RIGHTS GRANT,
AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated November 19, 2018 with Thomas R. Zahn &
Associates, LLC of St. Paul, Minnesota for historical services, in conjunction with the previously
awarded African-American Civil Rights Grant, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
