For the consideration of One Dollar($1.00)and other valuable consideration, City of Waterloo, Iowa, does
hereby quit claim to Advanced Heat Treat Corp. all of its right, title, interest, estate, claim, and demand in the
following described real estate in Black Hawk County, Iowa:
The North 100 feet of the West 360 feet of that part of Tract"B", Midport America Park Plat No. 1, in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, lying South of the parcel shown on the Plat of Survey
recorded in City Lot Deed Book 665, at Page 403, in the records of the Black Hawk County Recorder.
Subject to easements, conditions, and restrictions of record, general utility and right-of-way easements
serving the real estate, and restrictions imposed by applicable law or ordinance. Further subject to
possibility of reverter set forth in that certain development agreement between grantor and grantee filed
October 23, 2018 as Doc. No. 2019-06671.
Grantor is an Iowa political subdivision. Exempt from real estate transfer tax, declaration of value and
groundwater hazard statement.
Words and phrases herein, including acknowledgment hereof, shall be construed as in the singular or plural
number, and as masculine or feminine gender, according to the context.
