Notification is made of the need to proceed with Additional Services as follows: A. ISG has been contracted to perform a Facility Assessment of Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center, Waterloo,Iowa and deliver a report to the Owner. Said assessment will be a Fixed Fee of$18,000.00. The following adjustments shall be made to compensation and time. (Insert provisions in accordance with the Agreement, or as otherwise agreed by the parties) Compensation: Fixed Fee of: $18,000.00 Time: 3:00 PM on Tuesday,November 20,2018. Prompt written notice to the Architect from the Owner is required to discontinue the described service.
