the following extra work on your contract dated October 4, 2017.
A. Description of change to be made or extra work to be done:
1. Provide and install 1" road stone at west end of west parlking lot for access to overflow
parking.
B. Reason for ordering change or extra work:
1. There was insufficient existing granular material onsite to provide this access after this
parking area was enlarged.
C. Settlement for cost of work to be made as follows:
Add$20.00/installed ton and an estimated 150 ton= $3,000.00.
Total Net Increase $3,000.00 '
