This Amendment to Acquisition Contract (the "Amendment") is entered into as of
p�c�m.►� 3 , 2018, by and between City of Waterloo, Iowa ("Buyer") and M and G Capital
LLC, a/k/a M & G Capital, LLC ("Seller").
WHEREAS, Buyer and Seller are parties to a certain Acquisition Contract (the "Contract")
dated October 10, 2018 pertaining to Buyer's acquisition, in connection with the University Avenue
reconstruction project, of certain property owned by Seller and described as set forth in the Contract
and a survey plat incorporated therein; and
WHEREAS,the parties desire to amend the Contract as set forth herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises exchanged herein, the parties
hereby agree as follow:
1. Paragraph 7 of the Contract is amended to provide that Buyer will pay the
abstracting cost of$680.00.
2. Except as amended herein, the Contract shall continue unmodified in full force and
effect. This Amendment is binding on the parties and their respective successors and assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Amendment to Acquisition
Contract by their duly authorized representatives as of the date first set forth above.
