hereby quit claim to Village Creek Rentals. LLC all of its right, title, interest, estate, claim, and demand in the
following described real estate in Black Hawk County, Iowa:

Grantor is an Iowa political subdivision. Exempt from real estate transfer tax, declaration of value and
groundwater hazard statement.
Subject to all restrictive covenants, ordinances, and limited access provisions of record, if any, and to
existing easements, if any.

and as masculine or feminine gender, according to the context.

described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot No. "B", thence North 01 degrees 33
minutes 52 seconds East, 100.02 feet along the East line of said Lot No. "B"; thence North 89 degrees 25
minutes 28 seconds West, 116.68 feet to a point on the East line of the West 11 feet of said Lot No. "B";
