hereby quit claim to Avita Developments, LLC all of its right,title, interest, estate, claim, and demand in the

Parcel "I" of Plat of Survey Doc.#2019-07253 of part of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 12,
Township 89 North, Range 13 West of the 5`h P.M., Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Subject to easements, conditions, and restrictions of record, general utility and right-of-way easements serving
the real estate, and restrictions imposed by applicable law or ordinance. Further subject to possibility of reverter
set forth in that certain development agreement between grantor and grantee filed August 28, 2018 as Doc. No.
2019-3366.
Grantor is an Iowa political subdivision. Exempt from real estate transfer tax, declaration of value and
groundwater hazard statement.
Words and phrases herein, including acknowledgment hereof, shall be construed as in the singular or plural
number, and as masculine or feminine gender, according to the context.
