RESOLUTION NO. 2018-879
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1 WITH AECOM, FOR A NET INCREASE IN THE
AMOUNT OF $62,400 IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
DIFFUSER WING DIKE PROJECT NO. 60504245, AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Supplemental Agreement No. 1 dated December 10, 2018, between
AECOM Technical Services, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for a net
increase in the amount of $62,400, in conjunction with the Diffuser Wing Dike Project No.
60504245, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of December 2018.
