RESOLUTION NO. 2018-881
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH HR GREEN, INC. OF CEDAR RAPIDS,
IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $55,900, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE WATERLOO PAVEMENT
MANAGEMENT PLAN FY 2020-2026, AND AUTHORIZE THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated December 10, 2018, between HR Green, Inc. of
Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for professional services in conjunction
with the Waterloo Pavement Management Plan FY 2020-2026, in an amount not to exceed
$55,900, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the same on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of December 2018.
