RESOLUTION NO. 2018-882
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.
IN THE AMOUNT OF $35,000, IN CONJUNCTION WITH
RECONSTRUCTION OF THREE (3) SURFACE PARKING
LOTS AT THE WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT, AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated December 10, 2018, between AECOM Technical
Services, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $35,000, in
conjunction with the reconstruction of three (3) surface parking lots at the Waterloo Regional
Airport, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the same on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of December 2018.
