RESOLUTION NO. 2018-883
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH I & S GROUP, INC. WITH A FEUD FEE
AMOUNT OF $15,000, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
DESIGN OF FIRE STATION NO. 1 ROOF REPLACEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated December 10, 2018, between I & S Group, Inc.
of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, with a fixed fee amount of $15,000 in
conjunction with the design of the Fire Station No. 1 roof replacement, is hereby approved and
the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of December 2018.
