RESOLUTION NO. 2018-884
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES OF
WATERLOO, IOWA IN THE AMOUNT OF $49,800, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH ENGINEERING AND
CONSTRUCTION RELATED SERVICES FOR SANITARY
SEWER SYSTEM HYDROLOGIC MODELING, AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement, dated December 10, 2018, between AECOM
Technical Services, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of
$49,800, in conjunction with engineering and construction related services for the Sanitary Sewer
System Hydrologic Modeling, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized
and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of December 2018.
