RESOLUTION NO. 2018-886
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND ACCEPTANCE OF WORK PERFORMED BY SPAHN &
ROSE LUMBER COMPANY OF JESUP, IOWA, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $175,570.45 FOR THE 60 FOOT BY 80 FOOT
POST FRAMED BUILDING AT THE CITY OF WATERLOO
YARD WASTE SITE.
WHEREAS, Spahn & Rose Lumber Company, of Jesup, Iowa, performed work in
conjunction with the 60 foot by 80 foot post framed building at the City of Waterloo yard waste
site, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Spahn & Rose Lumber Company has completed the aforementioned project
in accordance with the project plans and specifications at a total cost of $175,570.45.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance
for work performed by Spahn & Rose Lumber Company, at a total cost of $175,570.45, in
conjunction with the 60 foot by 80 foot post framed building at the City of Waterloo yard waste
site, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of December 2018.
