SECTION 8-3A-2,DETERMINATION OF
RATES AND CHARGES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATER-
LOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS: That Sub-
paragraph 6 of Paragraph A of Section
8-3A-2, Determination of Rates and
Charges,of Amide A,User Charges and -
Fees,of Chapter 3,Sewer Regulations,of
Title 8,Public Utilities,of the 2007 Code
of Ordinances of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, is hereby repealed in its entirety;
that a new Subparagraph 6 of Paragraph
A of Section 8-3A-2, Determination of
Rates and Charges, of Article A, User
Charges and Fees,of Chapter 3,Sewer
Regulations,of Title 8,Public Utilities,of
the 2007 Code of Ordinances of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby enacted in
lieu thereof as follows:
8-3A-2: DETERMINATION OF RATES
AND CHARGES: ( Juk K
6.The following sewer rental charge shall
become effective beginning January 1, Signed

Minimum monthly chargel $15.00
Minimum quarterly charge2 $45.00
Per Ccf over minimum monthly charge3

used or metered wastewater discharge if

The following sewer rental charge shall
