RESOLUTION NO. 2018-895
RESOLUTION APPROVING GOLF COURSE PRO SHOP
AGREEMENT WITH ML GOLF, INC., AND AUTHORIZING
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Golf Course Pro Shop Agreement dated December 17, 2018, between ML Golf, Inc. and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, to provide golf pro services at Gates Park Golf Course, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of December 2018.
