RESOLUTION APPROVING TEMPORARY EASEMENT
AGREEMENTS WITH E AND A PROPERTIES, LLC AT 4037
UNIVERSITY AVENUE IN THE AMOUNT OF $648, ARCHLAND
PROPERTY 1, LLC (MCDONALD'S CORPORATION) AT 3695
UNIVERSITY AVENUE IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,615.48, THIRTEEN
ASSOCIATES, LLC AT 3551 UNIVERSITY AVENUE IN THE
AMOUNT OF $100, AND THIRTEEN ASSOCIATES, LLC AT 3561
UNIVERSITY AVENUE IN THE AMOUNT OF $400.61, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE UNIVERSITY AVENUE
RECONSTRUCTION PHASE II PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZE THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
WHEREAS, the Temporary Easement Agreements pertain to the University Avenue
Reconstruction Phase II project, and
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall accept certain temporary easements in
conjunction with the University Avenue Reconstruction Phase II project, with E and A
Properties, LLC at 4037 University Avenue in the amount of $648, Archland Property I, LLC
(McDonald's Corporation) at 3695 University Avenue in the amount of $1,615.48, Thirteen
Associates, LLC at 3551 University Avenue in the amount of $100, and Thirteen Associates,
LLC at 3561 University Avenue in the amount of$400.61.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TH ECITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA,that the Temporary Easement Agreements pertaining to the University
Avenue Reconstruction Phase II Project, by and between E and A Properties, LLC at 4037
University Avenue in the amount of $648, Archland Property I, LLC (McDonald's
Corporation) at 3695 University Avenue in the amount of$1,615.48, Thirteen Associates, LLC at
3551 University Avenue in the amount of$100, and Thirteen Associates, LLC at 3561 University
Avenue in the amount of $400.61, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby accepted and
approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said agreements on behalf of the
City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of December 2018.
