RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH
STRAND ASSOCIATES, INC. OF MADISON, WISCONSIN, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $8,000, FOR THE ASSESSMENT OF
STRUCTURAL DAMAGES TO THE WASTEWATER
TREATMENT PLANT DIGESTER#3.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the General Services Agreement dated December 17, 2018, between Strand Associates, Inc.
of Madison, Wisconsin, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for professional services related to
the assessment of structural damages to the Wastewater Treatment Plant Digester #3, in the
amount of $8,000, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the
same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of December 2018.
