RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
PERFORMED BY NUTRI-JECT INC. OF HUDSON, IOWA, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $72,875 FOR THE DIGESTER 43
CLEANING PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 953.
WHEREAS, Nutri-Jett Inc. of Hudson, Iowa, performed work in conjunction with the
Digester#3 Cleaning Project, Contract No. 953, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Nutri-Jett, Inc. has completed the aforementioned project in accordance
with the project plans and specifications at a total cost of$72,875.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance
for work performed Nutri-Jett, Inc. at a total cost of$72,875, in conjunction with the Digester 43
Cleaning Project, Contract No. 953, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of December 2018.
