RESOLUTION NO. 2018-903
RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH THE WATERLOO COMMUNITY
SCHOOL DISTRICT TO PURCHASE AND PROVIDE SALT
AND SALT/SAND MIXTURE FOR SNOW AND ICE
CONTROL PURPOSES, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated December 17, 2018, between the Waterloo
Community School District and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to purchase and provide salt and
salt/sand mixture for snow and ice control purposes, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City
Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of December 2018.
