RESOLUTION NO. 2018-904
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 2 WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$315,000, IN CONJUNCTION WITH PRELIMINARY AND
FINAL DESIGN OF ENHANCEMENTS FOR UNIVERSITY
AVENUE, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Supplemental Agreement No. 2 dated December 17, 2018, between
AECOM Technical Services, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for a net
increase in the amount of $315,000, in conjunction with Preliminary and Final Design of
Enhancements for University Avenue, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of December 2018.
