RESOLUTION NO. 2019-13
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE RIVERFRONT STADIUM GROUP
SEATING BOXES PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Leisure Services Director of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc. in conjunction with Riverfront Stadium Group Seating Boxes Project, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said plans, specifications, fonn of
contract, etc. in conjunction with the Riverfront Stadium Group Seating Boxes Project, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on January 7, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the
Riverfront Stadium Group Seating Boxes Project, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of January 2019.
