RESOLUTION NO. 2019-15
RESOLUTION APPROVING A HOTEL/MOTEL MINI GRANT
APPLICATION TO THE WATERLOO CONVENTION AND
VISITORS BUREAU IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,000, TO FUND
THE FACILITY RENTAL FOR THE ETA DANCE AND
CHEER COMPETITION, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Convention & Visitors Bureau Board's recommendation for funding a hotel -motel tax
mini -grant application in the amount of $3,000, in conjunction with funding the facility rental for
the ETA Dance and Cheer Competition, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of January 2019.
