RESOLUTION NO. 2019-18
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH MMS CONSULTANTS, INC. FOR LAND
SURVEYING SERVICES WITHIN THE NORTHEAST
INDUSTRIAL AREA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$11,500, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that an Professional Services Agreement dated January 7, 2019, between MMS Consultants, Inc.
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for land surveying services within the Northeast Industrial area,
in an amount not to exceed $11,500, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of January 2019.
