RESOLUTION APPROVING ORDER ACCEPTING
ACKNOWLEDGMENT/SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND
CHECK FOR $300.00 FROM KWIK STAR #723, 707
BROADWAY, WATERLOO, IOWA FOR SALE OF TOBACCO
TO MINOR VIOLATION -FIRST OFFENSE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Acknowledgment/Settlement Agreement and check for $300.00, dated January 14, 2019, for
the affirmative defense sale of tobacco to a minor violation -first offense, between Kwik Star
#723, 707 Broadway, Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo is hereby approved, and the
Mayor is authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of January 2019.
