RESOLUTION NO. 2019-25
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY SPECIFICATIONS, BID
DOCUMENTS, ETC., AND SETTING THE DATE OF BID OPENING
AS JANUARY 31, 2019 AND DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
FEBRUARY 4, 2019 FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE NEW ONE -TON
TRUCK WITH DUMP BODY, AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Sectionl. That the preliminary plans, specifications, bid documents, etc. for the purchase
of one new One -Ton Truck with Dump Body, are approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, for the purchase of one new one -ton truck with dump
body, be scheduled for January 31, 2019 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 4th day of February 2019, to
hold a public hearing, for the purchase of one new one -ton truck with dump body.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of January 2019.
