RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM FOR DESIGN AND
CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION AND INSPECTION
SERVICES ASSOCIATED WITH A FY -2019 IDOT-FUNDED
LIST OF PROJECTS AT THE WATERLOO REGIONAL
AIRPORT IN THE AMOUNT OF $17,600, AND AUTHORIZE
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated January 28, 2019 with AECOM of Waterloo,
Iowa, for Design and Construction Administration and Inspection Services associated with a FY -
2019 IDOT-funded list of projects at the Waterloo Regional Airport in the amount of $17,600, is
hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of January 2019.
