HomeMy WebLinkAboutHelland Engineering and Sureying, LTD - 2/4/2019NES Helland Engineering and Surveying, LTD. 6109 Chancellor Drive — Cedar Falls, Iowa 50613 Phone 319-266-0161 hellandsurveying©cfu. net January 22, 2019 Noel Anderson Community Planning & Development Director City of Waterloo 715 Mulberry Street Waterloo, Iowa 50703 Re: 80" strip West side of "Criterion" 3070 Airline Highway, Waterloo, Iowa Dear Noel: Per our conversation, I estimate to complete and supply the City of Waterloo with Plats of Survey (1 parcel and 2 tracts in total) for a fee of $700.00, for all items listed below: 1. 1 parcel split of the Westerly 80' of Deed Book 457 page 253 (Criterion Manufacturing) SE 1/4, Section 5-T89N-R13W, designated with a new Parcel letter approved by the County Auditor's office. 2. 1 Tract (66'+/- in width N -S) to vacate along Airline Highway (Airport Commission ROW) along the Southerly boundary of the new 80' parcel. 3. 1 Tract (33'+/- in width N -S) to vacate along Airline Highway (From State to City of Waterloo ROW) along the Southerly boundary of the new 80' parcel Timeframe for completion would be within 15-21 days. This does not include any recording fees for said Plats of Survey. I estimate recording fees to be $12.00-$19.00. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
