RESOLUTION APPROVING ORDER ACCEPTING
ACKNOWLEDGMENT/SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND
CHECK FOR $300.00 FROM NEIGHBORHOOD MART, 2102
LAFAYETTE STREET, WATERLOO, IOWA 50703, SALE OF
TOBACCO TO MINOR, FIRST OFFENSE (NEW OWNER).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Acknowledgment/Settlement Agreement and check for $300.00, dated April 16, 2018, for the
affirmative defense sale of tobacco to a minor violation -first offense (New Owner), between
Neighborhood Mart, 2102 Lafayette Street, Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo is hereby
approved, and the Mayor is authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of January 2019.
