RESOLUTION APPROVING THE IOWA CERTIFIED LOCAL
GOVERNMENT 2018 ANNUAL REPORT AND AUTHORIZE
THE MAYOR AND PLANNING STAFF TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Iowa Certified Local Government 2018 Annual Report of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, to be filed with the State of Iowa and the United States Department of the Interior, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized to execute the same on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of January 2019.
