WHEREAS, the City of wishes to engage INRCOG's grant writing services for the following project: Type of Grant: RISE: Local Development Project Description: Airport Industrial Park INRCOG will not charge the City in advance for grant preparation services; however, in the event that RISE funding is awarded to the City for this project, INRCOG will submit a grant preparation invoice in the amount of one and one-half percent (not to exceed $2,000.00) of the funds awarded, to be paid by the City from local funds.
