RESOLUTION NO. 2019-66
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2019
ONE -TON TRUCK WITH DUMP BODY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Leisure Services Director of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc., in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) 2019 one -ton truck, with dump body, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) 2019 one -ton truck, with dump body,
and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on February 4, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the
purchase of one (1) 2019 one -ton truck, with dump body, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of February 2019.
