RESOLUTION AWARDING BID TO RYDELL CHEVROLET
OF INDEPENDENCE, IOWA IN TIE AMOTJNT OF $61,606.14,
IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2019
ONE -TON TRUCK WITH DUMP BODY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the bid of Rydell Chevrolet of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $61,606.14, for the purchase of
one (1) 2019 one -ton truck, with dump box, as described in the specifications adopted by this
council for said purchase with Resolution No. 2019-67, after public hearing on February 4, 2019,
on published notice required by law, is hereby accepted and awarded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of February 2019.
