Members present: Morrissey, Feuss, Klein, Amos, Schmitt, and Juon. Mr. Jacobs arrived at
4:06 p.m.
Moved by Schmitt seconded by Amos that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Voice -vote
Ayes: Six. Motion carried.
Objective: Presentation of the FYE2020 Library budget.
Steven Nielsen, Library Director, provided an overview of the budget for the Waterloo Public
Library.
Mr. Jacobs arrived at 4:06 p.m.
Council members discussed Library operations and the proposed FY2020 Library budget with
the director.
Objective: Presentation of the FYE2020 Cultural and Arts Department budget.
Kent Shankle, Cultural and Arts Director, provided an overview of the Cultural and Arts
Department budget.
Council members discussed Cultural and Arts Department operations and the proposed FY2020
Cultural and Arts Department budget with the director.
Objective: Presentation of the FYE2020 MIS Department budget.
Chris Youngblut, IT Director, provided an overview of the MIS Department budget.
Council members discussed MIS Department operations and the proposed FY2020 MIS
Department budget with the director.
With no further business before the Council, it was moved by Schmitt seconded by Amos that
the meeting be adjourned at 5:14 p.m. Voice -vote Ayes: Seven. Motion carried.
