Members present: Jacobs, Morrissey, Feuss, Klein, Amos, Schmitt, and Juon. Mr. Jacobs
arrived at 5:06 p.m. and Mr. Schmitt arrived at 5:11 p.m.
Moved by Klein seconded by Feuss that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Voice -vote
Ayes: Five. Motion carried.
Objective: Presentation of the FYE2020 Airport budget.
Keith Kaspari, Airport Director, provided an overview of the FYE2020 Airport budget.
Mr. Jacobs arrived at 5:06 p.m.
Mr. Schmitt arrived at 5:11 p.m.
Council members discussed Airport operations and the proposed FY2020 Airport budget with
the director.
Objective: Presentation of the FYE2020 Human Rights Department budget.
Abraham Funchess, Human Rights Director, provided an overview of the FYE2020 Human
Rights Department budget.

Objective: Presentation of the FYE2020 City Clerk and Finance Department budgets.
Kelley Felche, City Clerk, and Michelle Weidner, Chief Financial Officer, provided an overview
of the FYE2020 City Clerk and Finance Department budgets.
Council members discussed City Clerk and Finance Department operations and the proposed
FY2020 City Clerk and Finance Department budgets with the City Clerk and Chief Financial
Officer.

budget.

With no further business before the Council, it was moved by Feuss seconded by Morrissey that
the meeting be adjourned at 8:46 p.m. Voice -vote Ayes: Seven. Motion carried.
