RESOLUTION NO. 2019-82
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2018 REMEDIAL ACTIONS
PHASE IIIB, CONTRACT NO. 949.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Waste Management Services Director of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form
of contract, etc. in conjunction with the 2018 Remedial Actions Phase IIIB, Contract No. 949,
and
WHEREAS, said Waste Management Services Director did file said plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc. in conjunction with the 2018 Remedial Actions Phase IIIB, Contract No.
949, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on February 11, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the 2018
Remedial Actions Phase IIIB, Contract No. 949, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of February 2019.
