Members present: Jones, Schmitt, Cole.
Moved by Cole, seconded by Schmitt that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Three.
Motion carried.
Moved by Schmitt, seconded by Cole that Re -appointment of Edward N. Hutchens and Larry
Herzog to the Waterloo Cable TV Commission, with term expiration date of December 31,
2012—Submitted Mayor Buck Clark, be approved. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
Moved by Schmitt, seconded by Cole that Appointments to the Planning, Programming and
Zoning Commission: Reggie Schmitt, Dave Leonhart and Dustin Whitehead, with term
expiration date of May 16, 2013; and re -appointment of Steve Grimm, with term expiration date
of March 21, 2011—Submitted Noel Anderson, Community Development Director, be
approved. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
With no further business before the Council, it was moved by Cole, seconded by Schmitt that the
meeting be adjourned at 4:53 p.m. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
