RESOLUTION NO. 2019-95
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2019 BRIDGE REPAIRS -
DUBUQUE ROAD OVER BLOWERS CREEK AND
GREENHILL ROAD OVER TROLLEY CAR TRAIL,
CONTRACT NO. 959.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
City Engineer of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, foiun of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the FY 2019 Bridge Repairs - Dubuque Road over Blowers Creek and
Greenhill Road over Trolley Car Trail, Contract No. 959, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the FY 2019 Bridge Repairs - Dubuque Road over Blowers Creek and
Greenhill Road over Trolley Car Trail, Contract No. 959, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on February 18, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY
2019 Bridge Repairs - Dubuque Road over Blowers Creek and Greenhill Road over Trolley Car
Trail, Contract No. 959, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of February 2019.
