RESOLUTION APPROVING A REAL ESTATE PURCHASE
AGREEMENT WITH AMA REAL ESTATE, LLC OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $51,000 PLUS UP
TO $10,000 IN CLOSING COSTS, TO ACQUIRE
APPROXIMATELY 0.7 ACRES, AND AUTHORIZE THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Real Estate Purchase Agreement dated February 18, 2019, between AMA Real Estate,
LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for property legally described as follows:

the amount of $51,000 plus up to $10,000 in closing costs, to acquire approximately 0.7 acres, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said
documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
