RESOLUTION NO. 2019-99
RESOLUTION OF SUPPORT FOR THE STATE OF IOWA TO
FUND THE IOWA'S NATURAL RESOURCES AND OUTDOOR
RECREATION TRUST FUND.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
by this Resolution, the City Council hereby supports the Iowa's Natural Resources and Outdoor
Recreation Trust Fund by raising the state sales tax by one penny, to help fund a Natural
Resources and Outdoor Recreation Trust Fund, along with providing funding to mental health
initiatives and property tax relief.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of February 2019.
