RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ACQUISITION OF
PROPERTY IN THE AMOUNT OF $1.00, AND ACCEPTANCE
OF A QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM THE WATERLOO
COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT, FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED WEST OF 3610 ANSBOROUGH AVENUE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the
acquisition of property in the amount of $1.00, and acceptance of a quit claim deed from the
Waterloo Community School District, for property located west of 3610 Ansborough Avenue, and
legally described as follows:
PARCEL C OF PLAT OF SURVEY WITH RECORDING INFORMATION 2013-
13861 IN THE BLACK HAWK COUNTY RECORDERS OFFICE, WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY IOWA.
is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute said documents on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
