RESOLUTION NO. 2019-101
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH HR GREEN COMPANY OF CEDAR
RAPIDS, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $40,000 1N
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FORMER WEISSMAN STEEL
SITE TO CONDUCT AN ENVIRONMENTAL
INVESTIGATION, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated February 18, 2019, in an amount not to exceed
$40,000, with HR Green Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, in conjunction with the former
Weissman Steel site to conduct an Environmental Investigation, is hereby approved, and the
Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of February 2019.
