ORDINANCE NO. 5483 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5079, AS AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE, BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN SECTION 10-4-4, APPROVING A REZONE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY, LOCATED AT 45 EAST AIRLINE HIGHWAY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map referred to in Section 10-4-4 of Ordinance No. 5079 as amended, City of Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, be amended to rezone approximately 1.55 acres from "R-1" One and Two Family Residence District to "C-2" Commercial District to allow for use of the property as a landscaping business including the construction of a 60' x 72' pole building with office space for the relocation of an existing landscaping business located at 45 East Airline Highway, and legally described as follows: THE EAST 204 FEET OF THE WEST 369 FEET OF THE SOUTH 363 FEET OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION NO. 1, TOWNSHIP NO. 89, RANGE NO. 13, WEST OF THE FIFTH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA, EXCEPT THAT PART THEREOF CONVEYED TO THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN 546 LD 790. SUBJECT TO EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS, CONVENANTS, ORDINANCES AND LIMITED ACCESS PROVISIONS OF RECORD. Section 2: This Ordinance shall be in effect after its final passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
