RESOLUTION NO. 2019-103
RESOLUTION APPROVING CANCELLATION OF
ASSESSMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1481 NEWELL
STREET 1N THE AMOUNT OF $704.83, AND AUTHORIZE
CITY CLERK TO NOTIFY BLACK HAWK COUNTY
TREASURER OF SAID CANCELLATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the assessment for 1481 Newell Street in the amount of $704.83, ($359.30) for Weed
Removal ($162.65), Sewer ($25.98) and Garbage ($156.90) fees, are hereby abated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessments are hereby cancelled, along with any
penalty and interest accumulated against the amounts, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to
notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellations.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of February 2019.
