RESOLUTION NO. 2019-104
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., SETTING
THE DATE OF BID OPENING AS MARCH 28, 2019 AND
DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS APRIL 1, 2019, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FIRE STATION NO. 1 ROOF
REPLACEMENT PROJECT, AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK
TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, foil m of contract, etc. in conjunction
with the Fire Station No. 1 Roof Replacement Project, be approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening in conjunction with the Fire Station No. 1 Roof
Replacement Project, be scheduled for March 28, 2019 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 1st day of April 2019,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon the Fire Station No. 1 Roof Replacement Project.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing and bid opening in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25t1 day of February 2019.
