RESOLUTION NO. 2019-106
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH RJN LOCATED IN DES MOINES, IOWA
IN THE AMOUNT OF $19,955 FOR THE EVALUATION OF
THE EAST -WEST INTERCEPTOR MANHOLES, AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated February 25, 2019, in the amount of $19,955,
with RJN of Des Moines, Iowa, for the evaluation of the East-West Interceptor Manholes, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of February 2019.
