RESOLUTION NO. 2019-107
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH REDZONE ROBOTICS, INC. OF
PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA IN THE AMOUNT OF
$117,615, IN CONJUNCTION WITH EVALUATION OF
APPROXIMATELY 20,622 FEET OF 48 INCH - 60 INCH
INTERCEPTOR SEWER PIPES, AND AUTHORIZE THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated February 25, 2019, in the amount of $117,615,
with RedZone Robotics, Inc. of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in conjunction with evaluation of
approximately 20,622 feet of 48 inch - 60 inch Interceptor Sewer Pipes, is hereby approved, and
the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
